Esther - Landing a Full-Time Role Before Graduation

When Esther reached out to me in March 2025, she was just three months away from graduating from her Bachelor of Business Information Systems at Swinburne University and still unsure about her direction.

She had only one short internship on her CV and hadn’t applied to many jobs yet, which made her nervous about where to start. Honestly, I was a bit concerned too — her profile was quite “empty” at first glance.

But what truly stood out about Esther was her work ethic. She was incredibly proactive - completing every task I gave her, asking for feedback, and even requesting extra pre-work to prepare before interviews came up.

Because of that consistency, within just a short time, she received her first job offer — a full-time Operations Support Officer role at Recoveriescorp, one of Australia and New Zealand’s top credit and receivables management companies. Even more impressive: she landed this offer before receiving her 485 visa.

It was such a rewarding moment to see all her hard work pay off — proof that preparation and persistence always lead to success. 💪🏻
