Naomi - Customer Delivery Consultant at IAG

Naomi’s journey is one of resilience and reinvention.

Before moving to Australia to study her Master of Business Administration, Naomi completed a Hospitality Management degree in Vietnam and built experience in customer service and operations. But after graduating, she wanted a change — to move into customer analytics and business insights.

She reached out to me after months of applying to roles without success. The job market was tough, and she often shared her worries about not hearing back from employers despite putting in so much effort.

Together, we worked through everything — from defining her new direction to rewriting her CV, improving her LinkedIn profile, and preparing for interviews with clear, confident storytelling.

After just over two months of consistent effort, Naomi landed a full-time offer as a Customer Delivery Consultant at IAG, one of the largest insurance companies in Australia and New Zealand.

She officially started her role in July, just weeks after receiving her offer in June — a well-deserved win after so much determination and hard work. Naomi’s story is proof that with clarity, guidance, and persistence, you can successfully pivot into a new career field, even in a highly competitive job market. ♥️
