Hannah Nguyen - AI & Data Consultant at Deloitte

When Hannah first moved to Australia for her master’s degree, she already had nearly three years of experience working in the data field back home. But despite her background, months of job searching in Australia left her frustrated — she applied everywhere but rarely heard back. Not even a rejection email.

Fast forward to this year — Hannah landed a full-time AI & Data Consultant position at Deloitte, one of the world’s top consulting firms. What makes it even more special is that it’s a mid-senior role, not a graduate one, and it’s her first job in Australia, right after graduation.

I still remember the day before she received the offer — she texted me feeling completely deflated, convinced she had been ghosted by HR. And the next morning, we were celebrating together.
